What if employees don’t want to participate?
No problem. The program is opt-out, not opt-in. Historically, 90–95% of employees stay in because they receive higher take-home pay and free benefits. Those who prefer not to participate can simply opt out.
Does this affect Social Security contributions?
Yes, slightly — but the impact is minimal compared to the benefits. Employees see an average of $70/month more in take-home pay (about $849/year), plus free benefits. And employees always have the option to opt out.
Will this change or replace our existing benefits?

What if the savings don’t cover the fees?
That’s our guarantee: If savings ever don’t exceed program fees in any quarter, you’ll be credited the difference. This program will never cost you money.
